This policy explains how Onsieve OÜ processes personal data in connection with this website and its demo applications, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who Is Responsible
Onsieve OÜ, registry code 17616774, Tornimäe tn 5, Kesklinna district, 10145 Tallinn, Harju county, Estonia. Contact for privacy questions: info@onsieve.com.
What Data Is Processed and Why
Enquiries. When you contact Onsieve through the contact form or by email, the data you provide is processed: name, company, email address, subject and the content of your message. The message is sent by email to Onsieve and is not stored on the website. It is used to reply to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)). The data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and deleted afterwards.
Technical data. Like any website, the hosting provider records technical data in server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of the request. This is used to operate and secure the website (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). To limit spam through the contact form, a hashed form of the IP address is kept for up to one hour on the server.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and it does not set cookies that require consent. For this reason no cookie banner is shown. If this changes in the future, consent will be requested before any non-essential cookie is set.
Demo Applications
The interactive demos run in your browser. A CSV file loaded into a demo is processed locally on your device and is not sent to or stored on a server. The demos are served by an external hosting provider, which records the technical data described above.
Recipients and Transfers
Personal data is not sold or used for advertising. It may be processed on behalf of Onsieve by service providers such as the website hosting provider, the hosting provider of the demo applications and the email provider. Where such providers process data outside the European Economic Area, this is done with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@onsieve.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
